This course presents foundational knowledge and a comprehensive analysis of contemporary realms of academia encompassing teaching, research, service, job search preparation and strategy, and career progression in the professoriate within higher education. Classes will be conducted in a seminar format, fostering a collaborative atmosphere where leadership and participation are distributed among all class members.
