This course is designed for agricultural students to develop their soft skills or employability skills for the agricultural workforce. Soft skills are grouped into six categories with multiple student-centered activities that are creative, hands-on and reflect universal design for learning principles. The six sot skills categories include the following: Communication, Enthusiasm and Attitude, Teamwork, Networking, Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking, and Professionalism.
