ADED 707 - Foundations of Adult Education

This course will introduce and address the philosophical, sociological and psychological foundations of adult education, and develop a view of the subject as a broad, diverse, and complex field of study, research, and professional practice. Students will survey many institutions, programs, and individual activities. The range of methods and materials used to enable adults to learn will be discussed. Program candidates MS in Adult Education must earn the grade of B or better in this course.
