Students will experience an innovative course delivery of the fundamentals of child development, horticulture and nutrition and how to implement gardening activities and nutritious foods lessons to young children. A hands-on experiential learning component of the course will take place with the preschoolers at the NCA&TSU Child Development Laboratory.
