The student participates in a temporary period of supervised work experience, which provides an opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge to a work situation. The internship is designed to give students supervised work experience in Food Administration, Nutrition/Dietetics and Food Science.

Prerequisite(s): Senior standing (with at least 20 hours in field of Dietetics).
