This course introduces finance majors to the finance profession and to the resources needed to prepare for a career in finance. Topics covered include career opportunities in the finance profession, professional certificate exams, current and emerging issues in finance and development of communication, analytical and other professional skills.

Prerequisite(s): Sophomore standing and Finance major.
