This course examines the application of financial management concepts within healthcare organizations. Students will understand the U.S. reimbursement system and financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss, and cash flow statements used to make strategic healthcare decisions regarding resource allocation and revenue cycles.

Prerequisite(s): Grade of C or better in ECON 200 ,ACCT 210 ,HSM 221.
