This course focuses on the practical application of lean techniques in conjunction with the Six Sigma DMAIC (define, measure, analyze, improve, control) roadmap. This involves application of process flow, quality and data analysis techniques to solve business and operations problems. This course provides the training basis for achieving the skill level of a Six Sigma Green Belt.
