LASC 467 - Immunological Techniques

This course discusses the principles and theory of techniques commonly used in research and diagnosis laboratories. The techniques covered include: radial immunodiffusion, immunohistochemistry, ELISA, western blot, and flow cytometry. The course is a combination of lecture and laboratory whereby the theory and principles these techniques are presented and opportunity for hands application of some of these techniques offered.

Prerequisite(s): Senior standing.
