This course covers representative texts from a variety of genres. Beginning with the modernista movement and ending at the present day, it examines the Latin American “Boom,” Latino writers in the U.S., and testimonial literature, among others. It is conducted in Spanish.

Prerequisite(s): SPAN 400, and SPAN 402 or consent of instructor.
