AAAI 250 - Introduction to Artificial Intelligence When Offered: F, S, SS
3 Credit(s) 3 Lecture Hour(s) The objective of this course is to introduce students to the fundamental concepts, models, and algorithms in Artificial Intelligence (AI). This course covers knowledge representation, search strategies, reasoning, machine learning basics, and AI applications. Students will learn how to design and implement AI algorithms using contemporary open-source toolsets. Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to apply AI techniques to a variety of STEM and real-world applications. Prerequisites: CST 240 or COMP 167
