This course includes introductory instruction, preparation, and practice in argument, advocacy & deliberation with an emphasis on health-related contexts. Students will acquire basic capacities for analysis, research, argument preparation, refutation, and delivery. Students will practice identifying and integrating research, preparing and delivering arguments, and effectively crafting messages for diverse audiences.
