Applied Mathematics Minor

The minor in applied mathematics consists of the completion of 11 credit hours of prerequisite courses (MATH 131, MATH 132, and MATH 224) and the successful completion of 12 credit hours of required courses (MATH 240, MATH 340, MATH 365, and STAT 324) with an average GPA of 2.0. None of these twelve (12) credit hours of required coursework can be included in the minor seeker's baccalaureate degree plan of study.

Prerequisite to the Applied Mathematics Minor (11 Credit Hours):
Students must complete the following courses, with a grade of “C” or better.

Students in the applied mathematics minor program are required to take the following four MATH and STAT courses. Notes:
