This course is a continuation of AERO 331. It gives students an opportunity to develop personal leadership and management concepts through participation in advanced leadership experiences. In addition, one hour of early morning physical training, two times per week, is mandatory. This course must be taken in conjunction with AERO 322. Pass/Fail evaluation only, no letter grade will be given.
