This is a course introducing the fundamental concepts of inorganic chemistry. Topics include matter, structure of the atom, nomenclature, chemical equations, bonding and reactions. Mathematical topics include measurements, scientific notation, basic algebraic calculations and stoichiometry. This course aims to improve the student’s problem solving skills.
