CM 150 - Construction Documents When Offered: F, S, SS

This course deals with the analysis and interpretation of construction contract documents. Topics of discussion will include evaluation of different types of written contracts, architectural working drawings, shop drawings, general conditions, specifications, supplementary general conditions, bid proposal, addenda, and agreements. Special emphasis will be placed on case studies involving a variety of contracts. Also, computer applications in construction documents will be examined.
Prerequisite(s): CM 130 or Permission of Instructor.
