This course is designed to enable the student to gain competency in estimating the amount of materials, time, labor and equipment required to complete construction projects. A practical approach is emphasized in the estimating process to simplify preparation of formal estimates.

Prerequisite(s): MATH 104, or MATH 110, or MATH 111 and CM 216.
