This course is an introduction to elementary statistical reasoning, descriptive statistics, frequency distribution, graphics, measures of central tendency and dispersion. Correlation and regression techniques are also taught. Focus is on political science and criminal justice research. Taken concurrently with POLI 252.

Prerequisite(s): CRJS 100 or POLI 100.
