MGMT 315 - Management Science I

This course introduces the student to operations research. Basic concepts of management science will be covered, including selected quantitative models applicable to management decisions involving production, marketing, and finance functions. Coverage will also include analytical and theoretical techniques for production and job design, location and layout, scheduling, inventory, linear programming and network models.

Prerequisite(s): MATH 112  or MATH 115 ; and ECON 206 ; and Junior standing.
