This course introduces the concept of lean manufacturing and how lean manufacturing can facilitate continuous improvement in quality and productivity. Topics include lean culture, lean leadership, history and philosophy of lean manufacturing, lean strategies, lead time, quality control, continuous improvement, lean transformation, and lean assessment.
